Refund policy

Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery (according to your tracking number). If 30 days have passed since your order has been delivered, we unfortunately can’t accept your return. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be undamaged and in the same package and condition that you received it. If your return passes our inspection, you will receive a store credit or exchange.

To begin the return process, please send us an email at crunchymamacustomerservice@gmail.com. Please include the following in your email:

  1. Your full name
  2. Contact information
  3. Order number
  4. Reason for the return or exchange
  5. If you'd like an exchange, please include which item you'd like to receive

 

NOTE: Like Amazon, you'll be responsible for the return shipping on returned or exchanged products. We cannot refund your original or return shipping costs.

Can I return or replace if...

  • I Lost crystal/product
  • I Damaged or broke my crystal/product

The answer to the above questions is no. We have to draw the line somewhere, so please use your best judgment when reaching out about refunds. We understand that things happen, but we do stand by our policies.

 

What if my order was returned by post office?

If there was an address mistake made by customer, you the customer must pay return shipping. If mistake was made by us, we will ship back your item free of charge.

Please note, we do not change addresses before shipping, we ship to the address we receive from buyer. 

If you no longer want your items, we will give you store credit for the full price you paid (not including postage)

 

Orders shipped to addresses outside the US:

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for orders outside the US. All international orders are final sale.
